I've been a journalist since 2006. I graduated from UAIC in Iași with a degree in Letters with a Major in Journalism and I found my way into media guided by my parents and encouraged to do an internship at Cuzanet, UIAC Iași's news agency.
Realistically, though, my life in journalism began in radio, first at Radio Nord Est Iași. During my stay there I was a reporter, news anchor, producer, and I took part, alongside other colleagues, in the Romanian Press Club Awards. It was there that I was awarded for my story on deaf people.
I went on to receive a JTI scholarship at EuropaFM and then my journey continued into television.
I worked at a TV station in Arad for a year and spent another doing projects and collaborations with a local production company specialized in promoting tourism in the area through television segments.
I joined Digi24 right from its beginnings. Even before Digi24 went live I heard they were opening local stations. Here I first was a reporter and showrunner, then, after two years, I became a correspondent and news anchor. And five years later I decided to move to Bucharest.
I'm currently one of the network's main anchors and TV hosts, running the „Știrile Zilei” segment, Mondays through Thursdays, from 4PM to 7PM. At Digi24, I also created the first TV show about climate change in Romania, „Planeta ești tu”, that airs on Sundays at 5:30PM. Another project that is very dear to me is „Focus Europa”, a show run in partnership with Deutsche Welle.
