It’s a young, but ambitious project. I’ve been a trainer since its beginnings and I am deeply honored to share my experiences with young people. The mistakes I’ve made, what I’ve learned, what I could improve, how I adapted – just some of the ideas that I try to pass on to those who want to discover the world of television. And I’m happy to see how some of them become our colleagues and evolve brilliantly.
